There is no return policy as each item is a unique handmade one of a kind item.
We use protective packaging and clearly label fragile items to ensure that they arrive safely at your doorstep. For regular orders, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. If you've placed a custom order, please note that it may take up to two weeks to create and ship, as we take the time to handcraft each piece to your exact specifications.
